Tried all the regular things: Reset modem, move modem to different outlet inside house, had Rogers tech out to pole, swap modem with company (EBox), remove all cable splitters in the house, etc. Thousands of "uncorrectables" in the Hitron modem status. Thank you for this reply! I have been having issues similar to the other posters here, modem disconnects / reboots randomly. Perhaps Rogers isn't being forthcoming with the issues I am not sure. But during low times or perhaps certain resets, its gone back to what it should be around 15mbs.Īnyway, looking to hear from some of you and was hoping that Teksavvy could formally respond to these issues appearing across the network. My upload bandwith I have is 15mbs, I have rarely seen it near there, usually only getting 2-3 mbs. The Upstream Overview goes from 4 ports to 3 ports to 2 ports and sometimes even to 1 port whenever it resets. Everytime the router drops the connection, which is almosts constantly, I have attempted to capture the DOCSIS Logs and DOCSIS WAN status on the router, here are the hundreds of common messages I am seeing:Ĭritical Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out critical Unicast Maintenance Ranging attempted - No response - Retries exhausted critical No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out critical Ranging Request Retries exhausted error ToD request sent- No Response received warning MIMO Event MIMO: Stored MIMO=-1 post cfg file warning TCS Partial Service Its definitely equipment/infrastructure related on Rogers side, and they either are having serious issues or are ignoring it. I am in the Mississauga area, and I am getting dozens of drops per day. Drops outs are now happening during peak times 9-5pm almost every 30 mins.īut Reading the posts here and on Rogers, it looks like there are serious issues to the Rogers hubs and these drops are happening everywhere. Any idea how long that will take to resolve? Its been almost a week and things are starting to get much worse. Finally, Ryan informed me that Rogers is looking into it from a hub\infrastructure side. Went through every single test and reset and wire change. So I already have called Teksavvy a half dozen times, and am working with Ryan at Teksavvy CS now constantly to get to the bottom of this.
